Margaret H. Chutich has served as an Associate Justice of the Minnesota Supreme Court since 2016

 

 

 

 

 

Appointed/Elected:

Associate Justice Margaret H. Chutich was appointed to the Minnesota Supreme Court by Governor Mark Dayton on January 22, 2016. Elected in 2018. Current term expires Jan. 2025.

Justice Chutich previously served on the Minnesota Court of Appeals.  She was appointed to the Court of Appeals by Governor Mark Dayton to the Minnesota Court of Appeals on December 27, 2011. Elected in 2014.
