Judge Matthew E. Johnson has served on the Minnesota Court of Appeals since January 1, 2008, including service as Chief Judge from November 1, 2010 until October 31, 2013.

 

 

 

 

Judicial Service:

Appointed as a Court of Appeals judge effective Jan. 1, 2008, by Governor Tim Pawlenty. Elected in 2010 and 2016.  Term expires Jan. 2023. 

Appointed as Court of Appeals Chief Judge by Governor Pawlenty, effective Nov. 1, 2010, to a term expiring Oct. 31, 2013.
