Peter S. Popovich, Associate Justice, 1987-1989; Chief Justice 1989-1990

Peter S. Popovich was appointed as Chief Judge of the newly created Court of Appeals on November 2, 1983. In 1987, he was appointed as an Associate Justice on the Supreme Court and became Chief Justice of the Supreme Court on February 1, 1989 where he served until 1990. His interview took place in 1991. He died in 1996.
