Grace Kaercher Davis, Clerk of Supreme Court 1923-1935, 1939-1955

This statute allowed the Clerk of Court to retire at age 65 at to receive a pension that was half of her salary. It was targeted at Davis in the way it was worded, including the age, number of years served, and separately listing consecutive years of service. Subdivision 7 was targeted at the Attorney General.
