John E. Simonett, Associate Justice 1980-1994

John E. Simonett was appointed to the court in 1981. He served until 1994 when he turned 70, the mandatory retirement age. He participated in two oral history interviews, one in 1997 where he was interviewed by his daughter and again in 2009. He died in 2011.
