History of the Minnesota Judicial Center

The Minnesota Judicial Center Dedication Ceremony took place on the grounds of the Judicial Center in St. Paul, Minnesota on May 11, 1995. The ceremony included contributions by many of the people involved in the project, including Justice Lawrence Yetka, Rep. Dave Bishop, Leonard Parker, as well as special guest U.S. Supreme Court Justice Harry Blackmun. The speeches were followed by an Anishinabe pipe ceremony and then a reception in the building.
